- The SWELL Lab is a collaborative learning site between the Morris and Cyrus school districts and the Stevens County Historical Society / Museum.
SWELL was the first site settled in Stevens county and has a wonderful ecosystem involving woodland, pond, marsh and wetlands. It is an excellent setting for learning and subject matter in an outdoor / environmental setting. The site includes a log cabin, developed trails, and a lab classroom fully equiped with discovery equipment. This site can be used as a service learning project. There are a number of opportunities for youth in-service projects.- For more information, contact:
