By digging into our brand new sensory garden you will surely grow your green thumb. Our garden is designed to engage children and families through exploration and discovery of a variety of flora within Tamarack's new Discovery Garden expansion. Your nurturing care will enhance the beauty of Tamarack Nature Center and create experiences for everyone to appreciate, especially the bumble bees and butterflies. Beginners welcome, training provided.

Organization Background
Tamarack Nature Center is a 320 acre nature preserve within Bald Eagle-Otter Lakes Regional Park, owned and operated by Ramsey County. Tamarack is dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of our natural resources for future generations. Valued as a first choice destination for children, families, and the public, Tamarack offers quality nature-based programs, environmental education, a nature preschool, facility rental, and excellent outdoor recreational opportunities.
