The Clean Energy Resource Teams - or CERTs - partnership is seeking a new team member to help us advance our clean energy work. The Behavior Change and Metrics Coordinator will play a key role in CERTs work across the State, and we're excited to add a new member to our team.
Summary of Job Description:
Every year CERTs runs several different energy-related campaigns with the goal of spurring behavior change to deliver energy savings either via adoption of a new technology or a change in practice. The Behavior Change and Metrics Coordinator will have two primary areas of responsibility. First, this Coordinator will be instrumental in campaign research and development, partnership building and collaboration, strategic communications and public relations outreach, and on-the-ground implementation and support. Second, the Coordinator will lead campaign evaluation - beginning with appropriate program design through tracking and analysis of quantitative (energy savings) and qualitative (program participation) metrics.
