Upper Mississippi River Conference

The fifth annual Upper Mississippi River Conference and Youth Summit will be September 26-28, 2012 at the Stoney Creek Inn and Western Illinois University Riverfront Campus in Moline, Illinois.
River Action is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the environmental, economic and cultural vitality of the Mississippi River and its riverfront in the Quad Cities' region.
