Located on 20th and Valley in New Ulm, MN, Putting Green Environmental Adventure Park is a 9 acre riverside park opening April 30, 2005 with nine holes of educational mini golf, solar powered concessions building and Green Store, native landscaping, natural amphitheater and river trail.

Putting Green, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing this center for environmental education located on the Minnesota River in New Ulm. The adventure park, combining outdoor family recreation with environmental learning, is focused on sustainability and its featured attraction is miniature golf! Each of the holes or interactive learning stations teach about a particular natural resource and choices we can make to be better stewards of that resource. Putting Green also offers year-round educational workshops and programming at the Putting Green Environmental Learning Center in the Rhein River Arts Center at 210 North Minnesota, New Ulm.

Putting Greens mini golf is a part of a larger plan to develop a regional sustainability education and youth training center. Future plans include an extreme green Learning Center with classroom and lab, climbing wall, and canoe and bike rental. More than just mini golf, this state of the art educational center will provide a unique opportunity for hands on, interactive learning for all ages.
